An easy gluten-free snack kids will love.
On a cookie sheet covered with wax or parchement paper, spread out the gluten-free pretzels. Melt white almond bark in the microwave accoring to directions on the package (you can use chocolate instead of white almond bark if you would like). Pour the melted almond bark over the pretzels, covering evenly. Top with sprinkles. I cool mine in the fridge for about 20 minutes before breaking apart. Store this in an airtight container and it will last about a week. My son loves to eat this all the time.
