Great recipe. I even use Jif Natural, which I think has hydrogenated oils in it, and egg whites instead of an egg (so I can halve the recipe if I want to), and the cookies turn out yummy every time. I use all splenda in the recipe because I’m trying to reduce my caloric intake (I’m going to be a bridesmaid in June), and they’re still tasty. Thanks so much for posting this!

This is my go to PB cookie recipe. They’re so simple and delicious ALWAYS. I like to roll the dough in balls and push a hershey kiss down the center.
