Description

Oven Roasted Crispy Brussels have great flavor, 5 ingredients, and are done in 15 minutes! Pop them in when the turkey comes out to rest.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Brussels Sprouts, Trimmed And Halved Or Quartered (they Should All Be About The Same Size)
  • ½ sticks Butter, Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450ºF.

In a large bowl, toss ingredients together. Arrange sprouts in one layer on a baking sheet (use two baking sheets if you need to).

Roast sprouts for 15 minutes, rotating pans once during roasting. Remove from oven when tender and crispy at the edges.
