A frozen treat that’s quick to whip together and healthy!
In the bowl of a food processor or a blender, add all ingredients (except popsicle sticks—haha) and pulse until the peaches are in small chunks.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds (recipe makes roughly 10 popsicles) or you can use paper cups. Add the popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for 3 hours. If using paper cups, freeze for 30-45 minutes before adding the sticks.
Remove the popsicles from the molds and wrap individually in plastic wrap. Store in the freezer.
