These tasty little bites have no refined sugar, are low in fat and contained tons of healthy dates and nuts!
Place dates in 100ml of water, cover and leave in the fridge for around 4 hours.
After the four hours, drain water (but retain 2 tablespoons) and place in a food processor with all the other ingredients (including the reserved 2 tablespoons water). Blitz for a couple of minutes until everything is well combined and chopped.
Pour into tin lined with grease-proof paper and place in the freezer for an hour to harden. Cut into small squares and then keep refrigerated until ready to eat. Sprinkle with a little cocoa just before serving.
