This is an UBER easy and fast stew that the family will love!
Cut pork into 3/4 inch cubes, sprinkle with fresh ground salt and pepper. In a Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook pork until browned (4-5 minutess). Stir in frozen carrots, beans, green chili, cumin, garlic powder and stir. Lower heat to simmer and cook 15 minutes. Add butter and stir until melted.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with warm buttered flour tortillas.
