This will warm you on a winter’s day. It is full of vegetables and flavor!
Saute vegetables in butter until tender. Coat with flour. Add cooked rice. Mix well. Slowly add chicken broth and stir to mix well. Add chicken, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Before serving, add half-and-half and warm through.
