An easy but delicious chili that always brings compliments. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled. The leftovers taste great, too. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and Mexican cornbread.
Bring all ingredients to a boil. Cut back to a simmer, and cook for about 1 hour.

I made this chili this week – senoritabonita gave me the recipe last year – and it is delicious! It’s super easy to make and a real crowd pleaser! Very good on a cold night or when you are feeling under the weather!
