Description

Easy to make, nice for leftovers and nothing is more warm and comforting.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ whole Onion, Finely Diced
  • 6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 jar Turkey Or Chicken Gravy (12 Ounce Jar, I Use Heinz)
  • 1 pound Precooked Turkey Cut Into Chunks (can Substitute Chicken)
  • 2 whole Large Carrots, Peeled And Sliced Into Rounds
  • 4 stalks Celery, Washed And Sliced
  • 1-½ cup Frozen Egg Noodles

Preparation

In a large stock pot, heat oil. Add in onions and stir around until translucent. Add in broth, gravy, turkey and carrots. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add in celery and noodles. Cook for 5-7 more minutes. Serve with cheddar cheese biscuits or rolls. Yum!
