A quick, easy, yummy, winter soup from my mother-in-law that I adapted to fit my healthy lifestyle.
Brown sausage and garlic in a stock pot. Drain and return to pot.
Add chicken broth and water. Bring to a low simmer.
Add tortellini and cook about 5 minutes or until the tortellini is tender.
Add tomatoes, Dijon, oregano, and pepper. Stir thoroughly and heat through.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Tried it. Instructions did not tell how much time to do what. in other words, how much time do you do this? And then add this? Well how many minutes for each? Tell us so we will know
