Great for a cool fall day, these few simple ingredients turn your everyday tomato soup into something special. Enjoy!
Heat tomato soup and water to a soft boil. Add wine, garlic powder and black pepper to taste. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in gorgonzola and simmer a couple more minutes. Stir in fresh basil and serve.
Note: All measurements are approximations. Adjust according to your taste, throwing a little more in here or there as you need.
