Description

This tomato bisque is creamy and delicious. It is also super simple and healthy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (10 3/4 Oz. Size) Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Oregano And Basil Flavored Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
  • ½ cups Low-fat Buttermilk
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 10 leaves Basil, Julienned

Preparation

Combine the tomato soup, diced tomatoes, and buttermilk in a pot over medium heat, stirring often, until thoroughly heated. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve bisque topped with shredded basil.
