A quick and easy soup that makes use of common pantry ingredients.
Brown the ground meat and onions in a dutch oven until browned. Add the corn, stewed tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, chicken broth and taco seasoning. Cook over medium high heat until it comes to a boil, then reduce and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Serve in bowls with grated cheese, crushed corn tortilla chips and sour cream as optional toppings.
