Description

Warm veggie and pasta soup…perfect for a cold winter day!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Italian Dressing
  • 1 pound Bulk Italian Sausage
  • ¼ teaspoons Oregano
  • 32 ounces, fluid Chicken Broth
  • 16 ounces, weight Frozen Stir-fry Veggies
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) White Kidney Beans, Drained
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Italian Style Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Macaroni Noodles, Uncooked
  • Optional Garnish: Shredded Cheese Of Your Choice

Preparation

Place sausage and Italian dressing in a large saucepan and cook on medium heat until meat is browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add oregano, broth, frozen veggies, beans and tomatoes and bring to a boil on high. Stir in macaroni noodles. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 8-10 minutes. Serve topped with cheese.

Makes eight 1 cup servings.
