A delicious and healthy kale soup with sausage and potatoes.
Add beef broth, potatoes and onions to a large pot. Place the pot over the stove and cook over a medium heat uncovered for 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients. Cover the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for an additional 10 minutes, making sure the potatoes are tender and the kale is a nice shade of dark green.

Is the sausage raw or cooked when added to the soup? Is it still in full sausage form, sliced/diced, or as loose sausage meat? Thanks!
