Description

Russian cold soup is perfect on hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 4  Medium Cucumbers
  • 5  Hard Boiled Eggs, Peeled
  • 17 ounces, weight Bologna Sausage
  • 3  Medium Potatoes Boiled
  • 17 ounces, weight Small Radishes
  • 1 bunch Green Onion
  • 1 bunch Dill
  • 1-½ teaspoon Salt
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 64 ounces, fluid Keffir
  • 1 cup Fizzy Mineral Water

Preparation

Dice the cucumbers, eggs, sausage and potatoes. Put them in a large bowl. Next peel and grate the radishes with a coarse grater. Put them into the pot. Dice the green onions and dill. Send them to the pot as well. Add salt and mix the ingredients. Add the sour cream and keffir. Mix all well. Pour the mineral water in and mix again. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving. You can keep this cold soup in the fridge for two days. The next day it will be even better.
