A lite and creamy soup for those days when you need something warm and quick.
In a 3-quart pot add water, potatoes, onion, and carrots. Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes. Add garlic salt, parmesan cheese and creamer. Continue cooking for 10 more minutes or until tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Some of the toppings you can add are bacon, cheddar cheese or fried ham bits.
