Leftover pizza and beer. It’s so much easier to eat cold and as-is the day after. However, this little bit of extra effort is so worth it.
Gather your ingredients and tools: a small saucepan with lid, spatula, and an immersion blender (or regular blender).
Heat beer in saucepan and add leftover pizza. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for 5 minutes or until pizza has broken down enough to separate easily with a spatula. Turn off stove and stir in shredded cheddar cheese, ketchup, and pinch of salt (or to taste). Remove pot from element and use immersion blender until the consistency is smooth.
Serve with fresh mozzarella or whatever you have on hand.

do you really mean 2 whole pizzas and just 1 beer ? or is it supposed to be 2 slices?
