We serve this for football games and other casual parties. It’s great served with Tostitos Scoops or regular corn chips.
Brown the ground meat. Add onion and cook until soft; drain.
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Don’t drain the canned items—you add the juices, too!
Cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, until everything is melted and combined.
Serve with chips and a side salad.

Sorry, there’s only one Mexican Velveeta on the shelf up here in MN. It’s an 8oz block of Mexican Velveeta. Cubed. If you have various levels of heat, pick one you like? Thanks.

What type of Mexican Velveeta and how much? Is it the shredded Mexican Velveeta or the cheese loaf? If so, the small, medium, or large?
