Quick, tasty, healthy, and so easy you’ll think I’m crazy.
Note: you can substitute your favorite homemade meatballs by cooking them and freezing them ahead of time OR cook them separately and add just before serving.
Combine tomatoes, broth, water, and Italian seasoning in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Add tomato soup, vegetables, meatballs, and noodles. Bring to a boil again, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for ten minutes or until meatballs are warmed through and noodles are cooked. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and serve.

I was in need of a quick soup tonight. Found this, made it and the family loved it. Of course, I had to make some cornbread to go with it but it turned out great! Thanks for sharing it with us.
