A thick and hearty soup made with ground beef, tomatoes, corn and seasoning.
In a large pot, add olive oil, onion and garlic; sauté for about 2 minutes. Add celery and sauté for about another minute.
Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Drain the oil out or cook until it evaporates.
Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, corn and seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add pasta. Cook until pasta is done (about 10 minutes).
Serve with a sprinkle of cheese if desired.
