This is a hearty beef barley soup with a lot of flavor for a low price. I serve it with a loaf (or two) of fresh bread.
Brown beef over medium heat. Once it’s browned, drain off the grease and place the beef in a large slow cooker.
Add carrots, potatoes, barley, and corn.
Combine all of the other ingredients in a small bowl and then pour it over the beef and vegetables.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
