Ground Beef & Vegetable Soup
Description
With all the vegetables, ground beef, and nutmeg, this soup has great flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Grass Fed Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- ½ cups Celery, Diced
- 4 Carrots, Cut Into Rounds
- 4 Red Potatoes, Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces
- 1 cup Green Beans, Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 cup Corn
- 19 ounces, fluid Diced Tomatoes
- 6 cups Beef Broth
- 2 teaspoons Unrefined Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg
Preparation
Brown ground beef in a large stockpot.
Add onions and garlic and cook until soft.
Add all other ingredients and simmer until vegetables are just tender.
