Delicious, easy and hearty Mexican style soup!
In a large Dutch oven, brown hamburger meat and onions and drain. Put back in the pan. Add taco seasoning and all the canned goods without draining. Add water to cover if needed! Simmer for about 20 minutes or until all ingredients are heated.
Put in a bowl and top with tortilla chips and cheese! You can also garnish with a little green onion if you like. This will feed a bunch of people and is one of my favorites, quick and easy. This recipe is a little on the warm side spice-wise, so you can substitute plain Rotel, or just plain diced tomatoes for a little less heat! Enjoy!
