A warm and hearty meal full of beef and vegetables for a cold winter day.
1. Coat stewing beef with flour
2. Heat the vegetable oil in pot on medium/high heat and brown the beef in batches.
3. Return all beef to pot and add water with seasoning mix. Stir to combine.
4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add all vegetables, chili pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt to pot and cook for 45 minutes longer, mix well and stir every 10 minutes until done.
6. Enjoy!
