So delicious and full of flavor.
Drain the water off of the beans after soaking them overnight. Then add the beans, ham, celery, carrots, chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, onion, garlic, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, chicken broth and water into a large crockpot. Put the lid on. Cook soup for 6 hours on high or for 8-10 hours on low or until beans are tender. Taste soup. Salt if needed and add pepper to taste.
