Description

This Creamy Tomato and Tortellini Soup could not be simpler. With a few storebought shortcuts, this meal is quick to throw together and easy to heat in one pot—or throw it into a slow cooker for dinner later tonight.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans (10 3/4 Oz. Size) Tomato Soup
  • 2 cups Half-and-half
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 package (9 Oz. Size) Cheese Tortellini
  • ½ cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

In a large pot over medium heat, add tomato soup, half-and-half, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Once simmering, drop tortellini into the soup. Cook according to the package directions.

After tortellini is cooked, ladle soup into bowls and top with Parmesan cheese.
