A delicious and quick soup for the cold months ahead. It’ll warm you up in no time!
In a blender or food processor add frozen baby peas. Pulse several times then run blender/food processor for several minutes to puree. Add the Greek yogurt and run to combine. Transfer the puree into a Dutch oven (or any pot with a lid). Add cream, milk, black pepper, onion salt, cumin and vegetable broth and stir to combine. Cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring during cooking time.
Serve in individual bowls and top with bacon bits and optional seasoned croutons. Enjoy!
