This has a little bit of a bite to it but not much. It’s great on a cold day.
Place jalapenos, onion, and cream in blender and blend until smooth. Use small amounts of broth if needed to blend.
In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Gradually add flour, stirring constantly. Gradually add jalapeno puree, stirring constantly. Slowly stir in broth. Add salt to taste.
Continue to stir over medium heat until thickened and smooth. Serve topped with a dollop of sour cream.

Can you please repost the recipe for Texas caviar? I get an error every time I try to open the link with the recipe. Thanks
