A chilled fruit soup that is delicious for breakfast, a snack or dessert!
Start off by peeling the pears with a vegetable peeler. Once peeled, split them in half and remove the core. Place frozen concentrate, Cool Whip, nutmeg and sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth and then add the pears. Once desired consistency is reached, serve in chilled glass bowls. Garnish with mint leaves.
