It’ll warm you up in no time.
In a large soup pot with a lid, add vegetable stock. Mix cream and corn starch and add to the stock. Stir well. Add onion salt, black pepper and parsley. Stir again and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, regularly stirring. Add bacon pieces and stir well. Cook an additional 5 minutes.
Ladle into soup bowls. Garnish with your favorite crackers, croutons, or grated cheese, if desired. Serve piping hot and enjoy!

Should read cooking time total 15 minutes, in instructions cook stock/cream 10 minutes (not 20 minutes) oops. Its a quick cooking-delicious soup! Enjoy! Cheryl
