A Caribbean breakfast staple made from cornmeal, boiled in milk and spices.
Add 1/2 cup water to cornmeal in a bowl. Mix together and crush any lumps.
In a small pot, add remaining 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, bay leaves and salt. Add cornmeal mix and lower heat to simmer. Mix well, breaking up any lumps.
Add milk and condensed milk. Simmer until warmed through. Serve.
