Delicious soup offering before your holiday meal. I serve this soup year round, too!
In a pot of boiling water, add sweet potato and cook 14 minutes or until tender enough to add to food processor. You want a creamy consistency. Drain.
To the food processor, add cooked sweet potatoes, light cream, milk, allspice, and cinnamon. Run processor for 3–4 minutes. Allow to cool down.
Serve in bowls, garnished with fresh mint. Enjoy!
