Cold Curry Peach Soup

Description
Nice and spicy, great with grilled chicken or as an appetizer.
Ingredients
- 6 whole Peaches Peeled And Pitted
- ½ whole Jalapeno Roughly Chopped (seeded If You Prefer Less Heat)
- 1 clove Garlic, Roughly Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Ginger
- 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 1 pinch Cardamom
- ¼ teaspoons Garam Masala
- ½ cups Coconut Milk
- ¼ cups Water
- Salt And Pepper
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. If it’s too thick, add more water as needed.
Serve room temperature or cold.
