Smokey and spicy chipotle livens up a simple, stove-top turkey chili. The flavor of the peppers makes the chili taste as if it’s been simmering for hours!
Begin by browning turkey in a large Dutch oven. Add onion, green pepper, chipotle and garlic. Stir until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add all remaining ingredients except cilantro and green onion. Simmer for 15–20 minutes or until thickened to your liking. Top with cilantro and/or green onion.
