Description
With just a few ingredients thrown into the blender, this chilled tomato bisque comes together in a matter of minutes!
Ingredients
- 3 cups Fresh Tomatoes, Chopped And De-seeded
- ¼ cups Raw Cashews, Soaked 4 Hours And Drained
- ½ cups Water
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Agave Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil, Roughly Chopped
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend 2-3 minutes, until creamy. Serve immediately or store in a tightly covered container 3 days in the refrigerator.
