Hearty stew for a cold winter night.
Chop all veggies (peppers, onion, celery, cabbage).
Combine ground meat with bell pepper, onion, and celery. Saute until meat is no longer pink. Drain fat. Then add cabbage and remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 1 and 1 /2 hours.
Great with cornbread.

Made this stew this past weekend. The recipe was easy and combined things my husband loves.
