Perfect follow up for leftover baked potatoes. So creamy, thick and hearty, delicious.
Peel and cube baked potatoes. In a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil, and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and whisk in sour cream. Add potatoes and onions. Garnish with bacon and cheese.
