So warm and flavorful, this will help you get through a chilly day or night. One bowl won’t be enough!
In a blender add diced apples and pulse several times. Add pumpkin pie filling and cinnamon and run on high for a few minutes. Transfer ingredients into a small pot with a lid. Add light cream and apple cider. Stir to combine. Cover pot with lid. Cook on low for 15 minutes stirring several times during cooking time. Oh so creamy and flavorful. Enjoy!
I love the flavor and texture of this soup. It is a comfort food and quite easy to prepare. I often have it for lunch.
