This Chicken Noodle Soup uses homemade shortcuts. The end result? Chicken Noodle Soup that reminds you of Grandma’s, but in a third of the time!
Melt butter in large stock pot. Add chopped baby carrots, and garlic. Saute until soft. Add 2-3 cartons of chicken broth based on your personal preferences. Add jar of chicken with juices. Stir in dried celery, minced onion, dried parsely, salt, pepper, and basil if desired. Bring to a boil. Add in your noodles. (Again, the amount depends on how brothy you like your chicken noodle soup to be, I did half the bag.) Simmer until noodles are soft, about 10 minutes or according to your noodle package instructions.
This soup tastes so good! You won’t believe what a difference homemade noodles make!
