Description

The best mashed potatoes!

Ingredients

  • 6 whole Russet Potatoes
  • 1 block (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese
  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  • ⅓ cups Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • Fresh Chopped Chives, For Garnish

Preparation

Wash, peel and cut potatoes. Place in a large pot and fill pot with water just to cover the potatoes. Turn heat up to medium high and cook until potatoes are tender and mashable.

Drain water and add cream cheese, butter, milk, salt and pepper. Mash until smooth. Taste and add more salt/pepper if you want or milk if it needs it.

Serve with chives. I would put the chives out as an option, not everyone is going to dig the chives in their taters. Enjoy!
