Fluffy white rice with just the right complement of Asian flavors and a bit of black sesame seeds. This easy dish comes together with very little prep and goes right into the oven!
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Add rice, oil, and water to 8×8 pan. Stir. Cover and bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.
Toss cooked rice with rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and black sesame seeds (if using).
Serve hot! This recipe can also be refrigerated for several days, or frozen and reheated. If you freeze, place straight in the oven from the freezer, keep covered and bake until hot, about 45 minutes.
