If you are anything like me, you filled up on junk food this weekend. While I truly enjoyed every minute of my Friday night wine and pizza, Monday is here and I feel the need to detox. This Raspberry Vinaigrette Kale Salad is filled with superfoods that will get your metabolism back on track.
In a large bowl, mix kale and dressing. Add quinoa and walnuts. Squeeze orange juice on top and sprinkle on feta cheese. Enjoy!
