Ground lamb, onion, flame, yum!
1. Dice the cucumber and mix with the yogurt, garlic, and dill. Set aside in the fridge until needed.
2. Grate onion into a large bowl. Add lamb and spices. Mix with hands until just blended.
3. Shape into 8 football shaped patties.
4. Place on broiler or hot grill for approximately 4 minutes each side or until medium rare inside.
5. Serve with rice, preferably basmati, and yogurt salad.
