Description

The key to my Christmas crack is to spread it very, very thin. Keeps you coming back for more! Pair it with my Peanut Butter Pretzel crack and Toffee Crack for a great trio of treats.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight White Chocolate
  • 5 whole Candy Canes, Crushed

Preparation

Melt chocolate in small saucepan on low heat. Stir constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and fold in crushed candy canes. Lay out a piece of wax paper.

The key to making it how I enjoy it is to spread VERY thinly. Using a spatula, keep spreading until you can see the wax paper. Let dry and then break into pieces. Store covered in a Ziploc container.

I made this to give away as Christmas gifts to my neighbors and friends, it was a huge hit. I will definitely be adding the Toffee and Peanut Butter Pretzel Crack next year.
