Description

The perfect use-up for extra holiday turkey, this quick turkey salad is deliciously tangy from lemon juice and cranberries.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Shredded Cooked Turkey
  • ⅛ cups Sour Cream
  • ⅛ cups Mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • Ground Pepper To Taste
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Leftover Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Chives

Preparation

Combine turkey with the rest of the ingredients. Taste, and adjust seasonings to your preference. If the mixture seems dry, add a few small spoonfuls of mayo and/or sour cream.

Serve with bread, crackers, or over salad greens. Enjoy!
