Description

Spring isn’t complete with some bunny bark! Layered golden Oreos, pretzel sticks, white chocolate, M&Ms and pastel sprinkles make this a sweet treat loved by all!

Ingredients

  • 15  Golden Oreos, Crushed
  • 2 cups Pretzel Sticks
  • 1-½ cup Pastel Colored M&Ms
  • 3 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • Pastel Sprinkles

Preparation

1. Cover a rimmed baking sheet with wax paper.

2. Evenly spread the broken Oreos and pretzel sticks across the baking sheet. Scatter about 1/2 cup of the M&Ms on top as well.

3. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave (if you heat it in the microwave, heat for only about 30 seconds at a time and stir between additional 30-second increments). Stir until smooth.

4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the Oreo/pretzel/M&M layer on the baking sheet. Quickly use a spatula to give the mixture a good toss. Then, spread it out into one even layer again.

5. While the chocolate is still melted, sprinkle the remaining M&Ms on top as well as the pastel sprinkles.

6. Put the entire baking sheet in the fridge overnight.

7. Once hardened, break the bark into rough pieces and enjoy!
