Description

Cranberry sauce has never been easier! Impress your family with this homemade version (that may be the simplest dish of the whole dinner!). Free from refined sugar, and also paleo and AIP friendly.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Water
  • 1  Lemon, Juiced
  • ¾ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey
  • 3 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
  • 12 ounces, weight Fresh Cranberries

Preparation

Set a saucepan on medium-low heat with all ingredients except for the cranberries. Stir until all ingredients are combined. Add cranberries and turn heat up to medium. Keep an eye on it while stirring occasionally.

After 10 minutes, after most cranberries have opened and sauce is getting thicker, lower heat to medium-low. Keep stirring and keep on heat until cranberry sauce is the consistency you like.
