This is a great breakfast drink, full of probiotics. If you don’t have kefir, you can substitute plain yogurt. It is my favorite smoothie of all time!
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

Hey, I wanted to tell you that I always make smoothies with frozen bananas. When they are the perfect ripeness, I take off the peel and put them in a ziplic freezer bag and into the freezer until I’m ready to use them. I got this tipe from Alton Brown, and it works great. Makes the smoothie nice and cold.
