Blueberries are one of the most nutritious foods out there. In season, these little berries are sweet and juicy. I created this Blueberry Watermelon Delight drink on a hot summer afternoon and it was quite refreshing. Plus, you get all the health benefits of blueberries.
In a blender, combine water, 3/4 cup frozen blueberries and watermelon. Pour into glasses and add remaining blueberries.
Note: If you’re looking for something more filling, simply replace a 1/2 cup of water with 1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt.
